M2LIVE, the event for young, creative talent in the Bonnefantenmuseum, is coming up again. The event will include the fourth edition of the M2LIVE Film Award for student film makers from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. The event is planned for Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 January 2013, and the presentation of the Film Award will take place on the Sunday.
This time, they hope to exceed the number of entries for the 2011 edition, which totalled over 80. But even more importantly, through this award they aim to encourage young talent at an early stage of their development, and try to bridge the gap between education and the professional practice of a museum, for example.
From now on, entries can be sent in which fulfill the following demands:
- 15 minutes maximum length
- made by students aged up to 27
- Genres: fiction, documentary, experimental, performance, animation
The first prize is 1000€ and there are two incentive prizes of 500€. Twenty films will be selected for screening.
The deadline for entries ends on the 21st of December 2012.
All Information about M2LIVE and the possibilities to send in Entries can be found on the Website and in the attached document.
